To leverage the "mentorship" role of our outstanding key personnel, facilitate new employees to adapt to the environment and master job skills as soon as possible, and accelerate the skill development of new employees, the company organized the first "mentorship" signing ceremony of the year on the morning of July 17th.

After the signing ceremony, the head of the production department outlined relevant requirements for the future work and assessment of both "mentors" and "apprentices". It was emphasized that experienced employees should fully leverage their role in "passing on knowledge, helping, and guiding" by providing comprehensive guidance and assistance to new employees from multiple perspectives, including ideology, work style, safety, and operation. This would facilitate their rapid adaptation to their new roles and enhance their job skills, ensuring that the "mentor-apprentice" program yields tangible results.
